    I would like to say “Thank You” to everyone at the Paris Beacon News for the Edgar County Cooks...Readers’ Favorite Recipes 2008.

    Not only do I learn new recipes, I enjoy reading the folks’ stories about their recipes. If you haven’t stopped by the Paris Beacon News to pick-up a copy, please do..it’s a nice gift from the folks at the Paris Beacon News.
